    Lotoja is a 204 mile bike race that goes from Logan Utah to Jackson Hole Wyoming.  After doing the race 7 times I had stopped improving, with a full time job, a family with young children there wasn't more time I could dedicate to training.  I had to train differently so I tried Tannus.
