About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Manager, you'll be the vital link between our company and our valued network of sales representatives and dealers. You'll play a key role in driving sales, fostering strong relationships, and expanding our reach in the cycling market.
Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with sales representatives and dealers through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and exceptional support.
Sales Support: Provide timely and accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions to sales reps and dealers.
Order Management: Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery of products.
Communication Hub: Be the primary point of contact for sales reps and dealers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Sales Growth: Collaborate with the sales team to implement strategies for increasing sales and expanding market share.
Event Support: Assist with trade shows, dealer events, and other sales-related activities.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service
- 1+ years of experience in sales
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Google Suite/Microsoft Office Suite
- A passion for the bicycle industry (personal or professional experience)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work occasional events and weekends
- Must be located in Utah and able to commute to our office in Springville, UT

About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and data-driven and planning oriented Email/Content Specialist to join our growing marketing team. Leverage your proven track record in optimizing email flows to create and execute impactful email and SMS campaigns that drive revenue and engagement. You'll also be a key player in developing and executing our blog strategy, creating compelling content that inspires people to get out there and pedal.
Responsibilities:
Drive Revenue and Engagement:
- Develop and execute email and SMS campaigns that drive revenue and increase overall customer excitement about the brand.
- Craft and plan compelling email content to inform, inspire and amplify promotions.
- Segment email lists and personalize to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Must be located in Utah and able to commute to our office in Springville, UT
Optimize Email Flows:
- Analyze and optimize existing email flows for each stage of the customer journey.
- Improve email flows to reduce customer service inquiries, enhance customer satisfaction, and create an exceptional brand experience.
A/B Testing and Reporting:
- Design and implement A/B tests, analyzing results to identify areas for improvement.
- Track and analyze key email marketing metrics, including open rates, CTR, etc.
- Create insightful reports offering key insights, and inform future testing strategies.
Content Planning and Collaboration:
- Brainstorm and plan email content in advance, ensuring alignment with overall marketing initiatives and promotional calendars.
- Collaborate with team members to leverage design, promotions, and amplification of marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on email marketing best practices and industry trends.
Blog Strategy and Content Creation:
- Develop and implement a blog strategy aligning with company goals & target audience.
- Write engaging and informative blog posts that inspire people to get out there and pedal.
- Optimize blog content for SEO using relevant keywords and best practices.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities to improve organic traffic to our website.
Public Relations:
- Demonstrate a hunger to learn more and get involved in PR initiatives.
- Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns to increase brand awareness and media coverage.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in email and SMS marketing, with a proven track record of driving revenue and engagement.
- 1+ years of blog and SEO strategy to
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an affinity for writing engaging and informative content.
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Yotpo, Mailchimp)
- Proficiency in A/B testing and data analysis and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research utilizing tools like SEMrush, keyword surfer and AI.
- Interest in learning about and contributing to PR initiatives.
- Proficient in Google Suite/Microsoft Office Suite
- A passion for the bicycle industry (personal or professional experience)
