SELECT YOUR RIDING DISCIPLINE

Try Any Tubeless Insert for 60 days and if you aren't impressed we'll refund your money

Tannus tubeless inserts act as a cushion between your rim and the trail, absorbing impact so your wheel doesn’t have to take all the hits.

It also allows you to run low PSI on your tire, giving you added grip, traction and control. Say goodbye to pinch flats, rim dings, and sketchy cornering. It’s like body armor, but for your rims.

Installing Tannus Tubeless Tire Inserts

Installing Tannus Tubeless Tire Inserts is easier than threading your dropper post cable (we promise). Here's a quick breakdown:

What You’ll Need:

  • Tubeless-ready rims
  • Tubeless-ready tires
  • Sealant
  • Insert-compatible tubeless valves
  • Tannus Tubeless Inserts

Install in 5 Steps:

  1. Give the insert a pre-stretch to loosen up the foam and fit in over your rim easier
  2. Mount one bead of your tire onto the rim.
  3. Insert the Tannus Tubeless, fitting it snugly inside the tire casing.
  4. Add sealant inside the tire (foam is non-absorbent, it plays nice).
  5. Mount the second bead — may require a bit of muscle, and a lot of technique. Inflate, shake, and go shred.
